Gamat Bay, Nusa Penida
Nusa Penida is a beautiful island located within 30 minutes ride by speedboat from Sanur Port, Bali. This is the largest and the fastest growing of the three Nusa islands.
Just take a short ride from Toyapakeh Harbour and you reach Gamat Bay. This place is the perfect spot for beach- and snorkeling lovers, and for those who seek relaxation, hiking, diving and other activities. Clean sea and privacy is guaranteed. Gamat Bay is a hidden gem of magical nature and breathtaking sunsets and it's home to different corals, fish and other marine species. Peace and tranquility in itself.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our Beach Resort located directly on the sandy beach of Gamat Bay. Because environmental protection is important to us we built our houses with wood and natural materials. Adapting to the islands character we created an authentic resort where you can enjoy nature in peace and privacy. As a specialty of the land both golden and black sand is found in the area. We preserved the palm trees that give us shade and we also planted trees with fruits that our guests can enjoy. A small reception and coffee shop make your stay more comfortable.
The resort consists of 10 authentic houses. The size of the land is 700 sqm, with palm trees bamboo, mango, banana, coconut and papaya trees, and it is situated between the beach and the jungle. Each house is made with treated coconut and teak wood. We offer them unfurnished but we are happy to help you to furnish them.
Location of the houses : 3 with ocean view, 4 with garden view and 3 with jungle view.
Each house has an 8 sqm terrace, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.
The lease contract is until 2044 with the possibility to extend after 20 years.
Our project is made for those who do not want or can not invest a lot, but still want an investment that is profitable and one that can be used for a short-term or a long-term vacation throughout the year.
